Breedon Community Groups 1960s Summer Party

The Breedon Community Group invites everyone to a 1960s Summer Party on the Parish Green in Breedon on the Hill on Saturday 20 June 2026. This family-friendly village event promises a fun day for all ages, while raising money for Alzheimer’s charities.

Visitors can enjoy live music and a DJ, creating a lively atmosphere throughout the day. There will be a range of community stalls selling homemade and handcrafted items including cakes, knitted toys, pet treats, handmade bags, and handmade jewellery, along with a tombola for the chance to win prizes.

Food and refreshments will be available, including a beer tent. The event will also feature traditional village games, an egg and spoon race, and a fun dog show.

Set on the Village Green, the summer party celebrates community spirit while supporting a great cause.

Everyone is welcome – young and old – so come along and enjoy a fantastic day on the Parish Green, with all proceeds going to Alzheimer’s charities.
